CP3 & The Los Angeles Clippers. Bandwagon Or Not, They’re Worth Rooting For.

So what if the season’s over for the Los Angeles Clippers, but here’s why there still my (new) team.

1. Chris Paul

First Team All-NBA
Averaged a near double double at 19.8 points and 9.1 assists per game
Ability to get other players involved
On and off the court leadership and determination are just what this young team need to focus towards an even better season.

2. Blake Griffin

Clearly, he’s a human highlight reel and has an amazing ability finish around the basket. Blake has the potential to make a real impact on the game if he works on his J and free-throws during the off-season. Remember his impressive post-game emergence in the playoffs? If he can do this consistently, forget about it

3. Bench Players

If Randy Foye, Nick Young, Mo Williams, and K-Mart all return and fully integrate themselves into the Clippers offense, they’ll see more time just like they did in their 4th quarter win against the Grizzlies.

Even though he’s not showing off his dapperness in this (MySpace) pic, Reggie Evans was a huge part of the Clippers success in the Playoffs.

Eric Bledsoe is fast and proved his scoring ability late in the post season. With health and confidence we could be looking at great backup for CP3.
